Terms and Conditions

  • LogoLogic.com operates this web site pursuant to agreements with Andy's Silkscreen, Bingham, Maine.
  1. Features, specifications, and prices of products described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 
  2. The Site refers to products and services that are generally available for purchase in the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii but may not be available in your particular country or locality. The reference to any such products or services in this Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.
  1. Any defect resulting from the process of contract printing and embroidery, when customer provides the garments is not of our responsibility.  LogoLogic.com will not replace any customer supplied products that have been mistakenly damaged or resulted in a different expectation.  We take all the precautionary measures in providing you with the highest quality products and services, such that we provide email or fax approval of the final decoration for your verification.  Upon your approval we won't be liable for any misspellings or differences resulted in the artwork. Also we are unable to make any changes after the final artwork has been approved. 
  2. The quality of our own decorated products are guaranteed. You should expect the highest quality of screen printing or embroidery existing in the market. 
  3. Defective blank items may be returned to us for a full credit. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt merchandise. 
    Returns due to customer error or due to a change of mind (on blank garments only) must be made within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of products, with a minimum fee of $15.00. Shipping charges are non refundable on these returns.  We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.
  4. Shipping: Our normal shipping carrier is UPS. You can have your order shipped regular Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air.
    Note to our Resellers: You may use your own UPS account to have your orders shipped directly to your customer, however there will be an additional $5.00 packaging and handling charge for each box, which will be billed with your order.
  5. The Site design, text, graphics  are  the property of LogoLogic.com doing business as Andy's Silkscreen.  Any other trademarks, trade names and service marks used in the Site are trademarks, trade names and service marks of their respective owners.  Any unauthorized use of the Site, materials displayed on or that can be downloaded from the Site, or any Trademarks displayed on the Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other laws and regulations and civil and criminal statutes.
  6. LogoLogic.com may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. Since your are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should therefore periodically visit this page. These Terms and Conditions supersede any other agreement between you and LogoLogic.com to the extent necessary to resolve any inconsistency or ambiguity between them.

Despite our efforts, the information on this Web site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
